These General Conditions of Use regulate the access and use of www.ride-experiences.com, with the sole purpose of guiding and facilitating the user to enjoy the services offered by ride-experiences.com<\/p>\n

The user undertakes to make diligent use of it and of the services accessible from brutalbarcelona.com, in full compliance with the Law, good customs and these General Conditions of Use.<\/p>\n

In general, the provision of services does not require the prior subscription or registration of users. However, RIDE EXPERIENCES conditions the use of some of the services to the prior completion of the corresponding User registration.<\/p>\n

To register in RIDE EXPERIENCES it is mandatory to fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the registration form.<\/p>\n

The use of the account and its password is personal and non-transferable, and transfer, even temporary, to third parties is not permitted.<\/p>\n

It is the responsibility of the User to adopt the necessary measures to safeguard the selected password, avoiding its use by third parties.<\/p>\n

In the event that the User suspects or knows of the use of his password by third parties, he must inform RIDE EXPERIENCES of such knowledge as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

All information provided by the User through the services must be accurate and truthful.<\/p>\n

The updates of said data will be the responsibility of the User.<\/p>\n

The user will be solely responsible for the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided.<\/p>\n

By filling out the form and clicking on create account, the user declares that they have read and accepted the Legal Conditions of RIDE EXPERIENCES<\/p>\n

With the insertion of information and\/or images in the brutalbarcelona.com portal, the user declares himself the legitimate owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the content for the reproduction, distribution and public communication through any of the existing electronic means, without temporal or spatial limits.<\/p>\n

Our main activity is jet ski rental in Mallorca: guided tours on jet skis for small groups accompanied by our monitors.<\/p>\n

All of our instructors are certified and qualified.<\/p>\n

4- Civil liability and limitations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a tenant, you can take out civil coverage insurance,<\/p>\n

It is strictly prohibited to drive negligently, under the influence of alcohol or substances that alter the state of consciousness and\/or in states of drowsiness or fatigue that endanger your own integrity, that of the vehicle or that of third parties.<\/p>\n

A briefing will be held at the beginning of each excursion by our certified instructors, in the departure area.<\/p>\n

The client and his companions assume full responsibility for driving respecting the traffic code given by the monitors.<\/p>\n

The driver must follow the monitor that will accompany him throughout the excursion.<\/p>\n

The lessee is prohibited from assigning, subletting, renting, mortgaging, pledging, selling or in any way giving both the vehicle and the rental contract as collateral.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Reservations can be made through the site www.ride-experiences.com, or by going to the rental premises (CAMP DE MAR BEACH, PUERTO DE CALA D’OR).<\/p>\n

These reservations may be modified 24 hours in advance,<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Cancellations and refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

RIDE EXPERIENCES reserves the right to accept or reject a reservation request for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of a reservation, error in the price or description or image of the service, or for any error in the reservation.<\/p>\n

A reservation can be postponed with a notice of 24 hours before the start of the rental.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation, RIDE EXPERIENCES will not refund the amount paid for the chosen excursion.<\/p>\n

In promotions and offers there will be no possibility of cancellation or change of date under any circumstances. Only RIDE EXPERIENCES staff reserves the right to cancel due to weather and sea conditions.<\/p>\n

In case of not showing up at the agreed time, the lessor will keep the previous payment of the reservation made by the website in the same way.<\/p>\n

The impossibility of attending the contracted service or an error in the purchase will not be valid reasons to proceed with the return.<\/p>\n

Excluded from this assumption are those that derive from an error attributable to RIDE EXPERIENCES or in case of force majeure, in particular meteorological causes that prevent the performance of the service.<\/p>\n

In the event that the holder does not redeem a one-day voucher with the date of the indicated activity, it will be considered expired and its exchange will not be possible. In this case, the cardholder will not be able to claim reimbursement of the sums paid under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

RIDE EXPERIENCES<\/p>\n

In the event of a breakdown of any kind during the rental period, the contract holder will be fully or partially reimbursed depending on the origin of the breakdown.<\/p>\n

We will always try to proceed as quickly as possible to resolve any incident.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By accepting these conditions, the user acknowledges and accepts that RIDE EXPERIENCES is not responsible for any damages that may arise, merely indicative and not limiting:<\/p>\n

Blockages of the Internet network caused by overloads or failures of other electronic systems.<\/p>\n

The impossibility of providing the service or allowing access to it for any reason that is not attributable to it.<\/p>\n

Interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, failures, disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the user’s computer equipment.<\/p>\n

Any anomaly in the service for reasons beyond your control and that prevent the effective reservation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Depending on the contract, the Lessor may need to share your data with third parties in order to facilitate the development, control and fulfillment of the contractual relationships maintained.<\/p>\n
