For RIDE EXPERIENCES it is very important that you feel satisfied with your purchase, for this reason, all purchases made at www.ride-experiences.com are subject to the following Policy of Changes and Returns that we deliver as a benefit to our customers:

Changes

Make product changes in RIDE EXPERIENCES is very easy. If you buy a product at www.ride-experiences.com or at our physical store and, for any reason, you want to make a change, you can do it in our physical store located in RIDE EXPERIENCE with NIF B16624868, registered office at C/Dinamarca, 7, 07015 PALMA DE MALLORCA (BALEARIC ISLANDS), we are open from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The term to make a change is 30 days from the date of issuance of the ticket or invoice.

The products must be unused, undamaged, with their labels and original packaging.

You must present the bill/invoice or exchange ticket. In case you have lost the purchase document, you can present yourself with your identity card and indicate the date of purchase and we will look for your ticket or invoice. If the ticket or invoice is not found, the change cannot be executed.

The change will be free of charge only if it is made for the same product in a different size, but if you want to change for another product or , for the same product, but in a different color, the price difference must be paid if there is one. If you want to exchange it for a product of lesser value, the money resulting from the price difference will not be refunded, but you will have to choose additional products, in order to have no balance in your favor.

Returns of online purchases

  • If the product you bought online did not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within a period of 10 days counted from the date of issuance of the ticket or invoice.
  • If you want to return your product purchased online, you can do so at our physical store located at RIDE EXPERIENCE with NIF B16624868, registered office at C/Dinamarca , 7, 07015 PALMA DE MALLORCA (BALEARIC ISLANDS) We are open from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There you will receive a copy of the “Return Request Form”, which accredits the return of your product and activates the refund process.
  • The products must be unused, undamaged, with their original labels and packaging.
  • You must present the ticket or invoice at the store.
  • To carry out the return of money you will be asked to fill out a form with your personal data and the data of your bank account and a Credit Note will be issued, in order to later be able to make an electronic transfer for the amount paid as indicated on the ticket or purchase invoice .
  • The payment will be made to the bank account you indicate, within a maximum period of 5 business days from receipt of the product in the store. No cash refunds are made in the physical store.
  • Does not apply to clearance or discontinued products.
  • Refunds are not accepted for purchases made in the physical store.< /li>
